All main stage programs require a brief registration. There is no preregistration. Registration opens at 11am, and it is possible to reserve multiple programs. You must be present to register. First come, first serve. Space is limited.

Naturally Leavened Bread with Neil Blazin of Driftwood Oven
From choosing a flour to pulling a loaf of bread out of your home oven, this demonstration will give you some great guidelines to be successful at home. Come learn how to make bread using the same process our ancestors did thousands of years ago. We will discuss the many benefits and nuances of maintaining a sourdough culture and baking fresh, whole grain bread, in your home. There will be plenty of time for Q&A after the demonstration and samples of bread baked from local whole grain, stone ground, flour.
