Who will be the Second Fermenting Olympic Champion?
How it works:
- There will be 3 competitions starting at 12noon till ~1pm at the Festival on Sunday Feb 17th.
- Each round will select only the top finishers, while others will be “knocked out.”
- The winner of the final round will be crowned the champion and will win a cultures kit that includes starter cultures for: Tempeh, Koji, Sourdough, Natto, Tofu, Kefir, and Oncom!
How to sign-up:
- Sign-up takes place only at the morning of the festival.
- Sign-up is FREE and lasts until event is full.
- The first competition is at 12:00pm, the Festival/ registration opens at 11am.
What the heck will we be doing?
- Competitors will be briefed on the event when we feel it’s best carefully ensuring an element of surprise.
- However, in the first event participants will need to be good at extracting liquid from sliced cabbage. (That’s the only hint you get. For now.)
