Who will be the First Fermenting Olympic Champion?
How it works:
- There will be 3 competitions throughout the Festival on Sunday Feb 18th.
- Each round will select only the top finishers, while others will be “knocked out.”
- The final round takes place around 3:30pm, with only the 3 remaining competitors.
How to sign-up:
- Sign-up takes place only at the event.
- Sign-up is FREE and lasts until event is full.
- The first competition is at 12:30pm, the Festival opens at 11am.
What the heck will we be doing?
- Competitors will be briefed on the event when we feel it’s best.
- However, in the first event participants will need to be good at extracting liquid from sliced cabbage. (That’s the only hint you get. For now.)
