The Pittsburgh County Fair is largely created as a community with most of the events, activities, and experiences made by individuals, the person or small team who operate small high-value businesses, or dedicated groups and organizations. And when it all comes together is when it really becomes special. Below are the members of the Fair community, some have logos and brand names, and others don’t.

Allegheny County Conservation District Get your soil screened for lead for free by the Allegheny County Conservation District! Contaminants are common in urban soil, and can be hazardous to health when ingested or inhaled. Soil testing is the first step to reduce your risk of exposure whether you are backyard gardening, urban farming, stewarding community green space, or revitalizing vacant lots. No registration is required for this pop-up event, but residents wishing to have their soil screened for lead must correctly collect, prepare, and label their soil sample: www.accdpa.org/urban-soils-instructions
